What do I do if I do not receive confirmation by email?
Generally the entire signing up process takes only a few minutes. However, if you have not received your confirmation message, please follow the steps here :

Make sure to not make any mistakes typing the email address you enter in the box ''Email address''. Finish to complete the form and send it.
Very important : check if the reply email is not in the ''junk'' or ''spam'' box. Some misconfigured spam filters can redirect legitimate mail there.

If after 15 minutes you still have not received a confirmation message, you must sign up from another email address. We recommend using a known provider such as Gmail (www.gmail.com).
