Hello Val, you could download a software image editor to reduce yours. I work with GIMP (free), you open in Gimp (fichier_ouvrir) the picture concerned. When it appears in Gimp, seeks Image_échelle menu: A box appears indicating the format, you can adjust with the arrows next to the counter. Check the FAQ KingEshop to return to (the) formats to follow. Then save as, affects securities including format (useful when you must find the right picture).

Our system does not take into account the dimensions of the image (pixels) but the weight of the photo (50K).

The ideal size for a small product photo is 185 pixels wide by 150 pixels high and a large photo of the product, the ideal size is 585 pixels wide by 350 pixels high. You can exceed these dimensions in the measurement or photo to a weight of 50K.
