Hello,

I created my site 15 days ago, it is not finished.

However, when I do tests to place an order and pay it nothing happens! I click on the pay bill and I remain on this page.

I tried it on other sites KingEshop customers and it does not work, same on the demo site.

Hi,

If cookies are enabled, the problem is probably that your ISP changes the IP address where you are headed in the HTTPS page (which is very rare). You have two solutions :

1- Try a different computer that does not work with the same internet provider.

2- Change of internet provider (like Valerie did).
