I have a concern that can make me lose customers: in fact, my clients are trying to place an order but once after you click pay the bill, the command will disappear and there is nothing in cart .
What should I do to rectify the situation so quickly?

Your problem is probably because the browser of your customers does not accept ''Cookies''. You can give them the two following FAQ:

1- To activate ''Cookies'' in Internet Explorer :
