Mode of payment - credit card and banner

I am trying to configure a site to you and I have 3 questions:

1. Is this you could add in the section Configuration modes paements accepted - payable with invoice?

2. What are the costs of credit cards? per month, per transaction?

3. Free choice of a header, eg flash

For question 2, that is to do with your bank if you want a machine at home.
Otherwise, go directly through paypal.
