Is it possible to copy (ctrl+C) a static page?
I would like to translate the pages in my shop http://www.despinceauxetdestoiles.fr English.
But I preferred to copy the contents of my static pages in French, paste it into static pages ENGLISH and then edit the content to go faster.

Is this possible?

You can not copy your pages at once, you must do it paragraph by paragraph.
