How to answer to a message that has been done on my products?

Find the message you want to answer by following the steps in the question ''How can I see the comments made on my products ?'' in the category ''Management of the products and the categories'' of the FAQ.
For our example, we took a message that has already been accepted and which is visible in the online store.
You are in a page that looks like the page you see below :
Locate the message you want to answer.

Click on the button ''Reply''.
A window to edit your answer will appear.
The button ''Hide form'' allows you to make the window to write a reply disappear, if you want to do it again, click on the button ''Reply''.

Write your answer.
Click on the button ''Send answer''.

Note : If you have not already accepted the message you are trying to respond, you must click the button ''Accept and send answer''.
Your reply will appear under the words ''The company's answer''.

Go to your online store, refresh it and find the product with the message that you responded to.
Click on the button ''To see or write a comment''.
Your reply will appear under the words ''The company's answer''.
If you have accepted several messages for a product and want to respond to a message that is in the middle of the list of messages accepted. Your answer will be found following the message to which you responded.
Example : You have accepted three messages for a product and you want to answer the second message. Your answer will be found after the second message :
