Embed sizes for clothes

Is anybody can tell me how I should make my clients have a choice of sizes?

You go into my products, and manage my product, your product there is an option (for me, it is described below). In option you put your size you separated by a comma (36,38,40 ...). It will appear as drop down menu on your site and the customer can choose its size.
