Click on the button ''My web site''.

You are automatically directed in the section ''General Settings'' - ''General configurations''.

Click on the icon ''Information available on the invoice''.
The tools to add information on the invoice will appear.

Find the section ''Information about your company for billing''.
Enter your company information (company name, address, city, country, state or province, postal code, phone, mail and fax). To enter the country and state (or province), click the down arrow and make your selection by using your mouse.
