Place your mouse cursor over the image, click on the ''Shift'' key on your keyboard and the left button of your mouse and keep them pressed. The image will become lighter and the numbers that determine its localization (explained a little more below) will appear.
2 -
3 -
Move your mouse from left to right. Your image will shrink to the left and expand to the right. Continue to move your mouse to the left or right until your image has reached the width you want. Note the numbers of localization ''H'' and ''W'', they rise and fall according to the movement of your mouse. ''H'' is for the height of the image and ''W'' is the width of the image. Look a little lower if you want more information on the numbers of localization.

Explanation of the numbers of localization :
The numbers of location of an image are located on top of an image that you clicked with the left button of your mouse and/or with the ''Shift'' key on your keyboard.
The numbers determine the location where your image is located on the page.
There are four numbers of localization :
Determines the distance between the left side of the page and the image.
L :
T :
Determines the distance between the top of the page and the image.
H :
Determines the size of your image. The higher the number will be, the more your image will be larger and the smaller the number is , the smaller the image will become. A too much enlarged image may lose its resolution.
W :
Also determines the size of your image. The higher the number will be the larger your image will be larger and the more the number is small, the more the image will be small.
